Body Shop in Manchester have training sessions to teach the staff a few Chinese phrases. Makes sense to me, Chinese employees are sent on English courses all of the time!

@Jake – It really depends. For me, as I explained, it’s definitely still worth it. I went to T8 for brunch and get one free. That’s already 328 RMB saving. I use it once more anywhere, I already got my money back. Everything after that is a bonus. I cannot see how anyone could think it’s not great value unless you only plan to use it once in the entire year.

399 RMB is way too much. Last years edition was not as good as before as well. Why they raise the price?

She could always go into business setting up a market stall selling formula milk outside Body Shop. I’m sure she could make a packet selling to the Chinese customers visiting the shop, and wouldn’t need much more than sign language to shift the stuff!
