I’m a few days late with this, not sure how I missed it, but an explosion at a petrol station in Pudong killed four and injured about 40 last week.  One of the dead was a cyclist hit in the head by debris a kilometre away from the explosion.  It’s a stark reminder of the poor compliance with basic safety procedures in China.  Let’s hope they learn from this.
